This is the privacy policy for Hardy Boys Window Services, a locally owned window, solar panel, screen, glass and skylight cleaning business serving Southern California. It explains what we do with the information you give us through this website, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated October 29, 2026.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, request a booking, or send us a question, the form asks for some or all of these:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- Your property address
- The services you're interested in, and any preferred date
- Anything else you type into a message box
We also see basic, anonymous information about visits to this site: which pages get looked at, roughly where the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. That tells us whether the site is working, and nothing more.
Why we collect it
- To price your job. We can't quote without knowing what you need and where you are.
- To arrange and carry out the work, which includes being able to reach you on the day.
- To keep a record of the job, so we can answer questions about it later.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your quote, your booking, or a job in progress. If you'd rather we didn't text, say so and we'll stick to calling.
Who else sees it
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't hand it to anyone for advertising. A few services help us run the site and the business, and they see your details only to provide that service:
- Relume, the platform this website is built and hosted on, which stores form submissions and emails them to us
- The email, scheduling and invoicing tools we use to run the work
If the law required it, we'd release information to the authorities. Otherwise, nobody else gets it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job details for as long as we need them to quote, do the work, and keep our records straight. If you'd like yours removed sooner, ask us and we'll delete them, unless we're obliged to keep something for tax or legal reasons.
What you can ask us to do
At any time you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email service@hardyboyswindows.com or call 714-577-2628 and we'll sort it out.
If you live in California, you also have rights under the CCPA and CPRA: to know what personal information we collect and why, to ask for a copy of it, to ask us to delete it, and to say no to its sale. We don't sell personal information, and we don't hand it over for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
We keep this simple. This site doesn't carry advertising, and it doesn't follow you around the web. The only visitor information we look at is anonymous statistics about which pages get used. If we ever add something that needs your consent, we'll ask for it first and update this page.
If this policy changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
